I had to delay our scheduled appointment with Carlos back to back days while I was trying to get HD converter boxes. When I finally got the boxes Carlos was already booked but said he could still work me in at the end of his day which happened to be 9pm. The guy is a pro.

Carlos definately gets 5 stars in all categories. The project took several weeks due to poor delivery by the shipping company but by working with Carlos through Sams Club I figured I saved about $500! His installation was excellent and he handled all the challenges of the job with ease. My step-father was incredibly pleased. Would recommend him to everyone - Thanks Carlos!
