We have just started with Carno Cleaning and are very pleased with their customer service and attention to detail. In addition, the owner is extremely upfront about what you need and DON'T need, thus saving you money on services you may have signed up for but didn't need. Our family is on a tight budget and we appreciated their honesty.

Breanna was very nice and personable. She was willing to do what I asked her to do, open to what I had to say. I liked her, and felt comfortable having her in my house. I would definitely have her back to clean again. I think she did very well for my first time having her, and my first time having someone else clean my house. She missed cleaning the top of my stove, but had I seen that when she was here then I know she would have done it. All in all Iam very pleased!

Breanna is prompt and professional. The cleaning (this was the first time) may improve when she comes for the second cleaning. Small things like - she didn't empty the ashtrays; a corner in the bathroom that did not look clean, may be on her agenda for the upcoming cleaning. I think she's worth another opportunity to wow me with her cleaning. I am not ready to recommend her to a friend yet.

Breanna did a really good job on her first visit. I was very impressed with her motivation and professionalism. during our initial visit. She did a few things exceptionally well and will no doubt improve on a couple of things she did only fairly well. Overall, this company provides an exceptional value and provides outstanding service. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
