I am pleased, impressed, and COOL! Owner Tracy Wood came within a hour and a half of the initial call. He was personable, professional and at the same time down to earth. his estimate was HUNDREDS of dollars cheaper than two competitors who were clearly gouging me. If you want prompt, reasonable, and reputable service, seriously look no further.

Tracy (the owner/operator) was present with one of his crew to service my a/c. Both he and his employee were very pleasant and courteous to deal with. Pricing was better than that of the competitors that I had also checked with. Was exactly on time for the service appointment. Would highly recommend based on my experience with them.

Installed a new HVAC and entire Duct work under my house. I got a good vibe from the owner right away. 100% Mechanic, 0% Salesman! Non gouging price, answers every question (phone and text got a prompt response). Nice, Honest and did a great job!

Strongly recommend this company. Fixed our heating unit problem on the same day I called. Tracy Wood had another 2 guys with him. With 3 people at different location made the air flow adjustment much quickly. They finished the job within an hour. Definitely I will use them again.

First, the highlight - Carolina Air Services saved me over $1500!!!. Since our heat downstairs was not working, I got a quote from Weather Master(builder recommended) to replace a zone board and 2 dampers for over $1800. To get a second opinion, I put in the request to ServiceMagic. Within a few hours of my request, Tracy came in, diagnosed the problem (only one damper needed to be replaced), and fixed it for $1500 LESS!!! I highly recommend Tracy & Carolina Air Services. Thanks!!!
