they were prompt and friendly. they understood my problem and made the best recommendation for the need repair. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. Would recommend them without hesitation.

I asked for my chimney to be resealed, I was quoted $300.00 dollars to reseal. The tech came out and said that the top was the problem, he sealed that. I was charged the $300.00 dollars for that. I can not recommend this group for work on any house. I just wanted my chimney to be resealed.

Response by Carolina Ductmasters, Inc.: When the customer called the office he spoke with our manager and explained what he wanted. He was quoted $300 to seal his chimney with Chimney Saver. Our technicians went out and found that the crown on the chimney had never been sealed "per customer". The techs sealed the crown, the chimney from top to bottom on all sides including the back side and also sealed around the flashing and addressed all visible cracks. We did not charge the customer extra for the additonal work on the top of the chimney. This customer has not contacted us. We guarantee our work and will contact this customer to address his concerns.
