Paul called instantly and gave me a quote over the phone. He arrived on time at the hosue and cleaned the 'pit' couch. That was done fairly well but he missed a couple of spots. He was also supposed to clean some chairs but was concerned the water would leave spots on them so he cleaned one and wanted me to call him back after it dried. I did call him and asked him to come do the other nine (that one looked fine) but I never heard back from him again. I evenutally ended up cleaning the chairs myself.

We had a great experience using Shepard's Rocky Mtn Carpet Care! We had some pretty bad soiled areas from our cats and thought he did a pretty good job getting the stain out...I think I went into thinking that it would be entirely gone but that was me wishful thinking. The job they did was great overall and I will definitely hire them again! It's only been two days since using them and I've already referred them to several friends!

My initial experience with Shepard's was very good. It fell short when the company was to return to retreat spots that didn't come out on the first visit. An appointment was set up but, they didn't show up and they never called even though I tried to call them three(3) times. Very disappointing.
