24 hour response, visit , measurements and quote. No deposit. Good choice of carpets. Very reasonable price. Fitters arrived within a minute of appointed time, moved haeavy items and had room finished in less than 1 hour. Highly recommended.

I did hire Carpet Pro's and they did a great job. I plan to use them again for replacing the upstairs carpet. They are professional and laid tje carpet perfectly. Very pleased with Carpet Pro's.

Stair and foyer carpets were installed correctly and very quickly. Carpet installer and his brother, who arranged the installation, were very professional, courteous and friendly. I will probably use them again for other carpeting needs.

Mike was very friendly and did an excellent job working with me during the process of selecting my carpet and tile. The tile installer and the carpet installers did very good work. I am very satisfied with the results. I will be using them again for for additional carpet and flooring when I'm ready for it.

This was the only company to response to my call. The seller was on time to the scheduled appointment to show me samples; however the workers were late due to another job not finished on time the day before. In general I am satisfied with the service.
