The service man (Kyle) called before his appointment time to confirm we were home. He arrived in a timely fashion and "diagnosed" the problem and gave us a bid. It was satisfactory to us and he was prepared to do the work right then. It was finished to our satisfaction in short order. Kyle was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and made a task I wasn't looking forward to a problem that was simply solved.

The carpet repair person, was outstanding. You get a triple A plus for hiring that person. Only problem is your answering service sucks at best. To leave a message, mail box filled, no place to leave a message, some times it took 20 to thirty ring to get a answe, and when that happen, oops mail box filled.

Very friendly and efficient. He came in got his tools in order and the install was complete in no time. The piece of carpet left over was cut carefully as I had told him that I was going to have it bound and sewn to use as a room size rug. We were very pleased with our choice.

Inspite of me calling several times they have not emailed my receipt. I also informed service magic regarding this. I have not checked their work yet. They have to stick to what they say.

Response by Carpet Systems Plus North Florida, Inc.: This was a resident client appointment. The policy is to leave a receipt with the client after the service . However, the client was not present at the time of the cleaning and mentioned to the technician to email a copy of the receipt. Out of habit, the technician just left a receipt behind at the location and did not get the message to the office to email a copy to the client. The client called the technician cell phone number several times not the office because we never received the call or messages. Presently, he has been called and a receipt was emailed to him.

Carpet Systems Plus was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job on a terribly dirty carpet from renters. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right.
