Gabe and his helper installed two new outlets and a new electrical panel including new ground rod to comply with code. They take pride in doing a very professional job.

Carroll Electric Service ran wiring and installed speakers for a fairly complex home audio system - including installation of in-ceiling speakers, a center on a brick chimney, and outdoor speakers. I was very pleased with the quality, speed and cost of the work. The speakers were installed in the optimal locations and produced quality sound. Debris from the install was cleaned up and inside and outside of the house was left clean. Overall, very happy with the install of the audio system. I plan to use Carroll Electric Service again and highly recommend for any electrical work.

I had an LED flush mount fixture that failed to light. Gabe diagnosed the problem as an improper light switch that had gone bad. He replaced the switch, and that fixed the problem.

Met with Gabe Carroll. He is very professionally and personable and very patient with this gabby customer. My AC went out and per the AC Tech, it was because the AC was pulling more amps than what the breaker panel could handle, hence the breaker tripping a lot. Gabe did replace the breaker as requested, but found there was another issue going on with the AC system. He was very thorough in his investigation and found that there was a phase to phase short on the condenser fan motor. I was impressed with his thoroughness and especially his honesty regarding the issue. For home maintenance/repair jobs, I always get 3-4 quotes, but due to the situation and what I felt in my gut when I met with Gabe. I knew I called the right guy. And I will call him again on my next home maint/repair projects. I won't hesitate to refer others to him as well.

They were very professional, friendly and patient as I went through my list. Afterwards, they reviewed the list one by one to ensure we were in agreement on expectations! They didn't try to sell more than needed. They explained everything and let me make the decision. They were on schedule and completed the work in a timely manner. I'm going to recommend them to all my friends and will definitely use them again should future electrical needs arise!!

Tony came out and was very helpful! He took the time to answer my questions and never seemed annoyed or rushed. Once he started the work he was done within 20 mins. Would hire Carroll Service again in a heartbeat.

Our installer was Tony who arrived at the scheduled time and installed a remote controlled ceiling fan in my home. He was very professional, curtious and patient in answering any question I posed to him. I had seen the Gabe and Tony both when they did some electrical work in my son's home and I decided then I would employ them to do work in my home also. Rates are very reasonable and I will continue to use them in the future.

Gabe arrived on time and was very professional. He was very careful of our belongings as he completed his work. He repaired two lighting fixtures and replaced two out door lights. All done quickly and with quality at a fair price. I highly recommend his services. George K

I called because my furnace wasn't working followed by my oven. The electrician thought it had to do with the electrical panel. He was able to come out same day (within a few hours) and went WAY above and beyond to help me. He even contacted his friend who was an HVAC repair technician to fix my furnace when he ruled out that the issues weren't electrical. His friend was also able to come same day and saved me from sitting in a cold house all weekend on the worst weekend of the winter (so far). Will I do business with them again? Hands down, yes! Would highly recommend.
