Project: Install or Replace a Shower
I hired them to retile my shower to fix the leaks in the shower. They showed up more than hour late. They tore out the old tile and removed the portions of the shower that had been damaged. The portions that were repaired were of low quality. They said they would be back the next day to fix the outstanding issues and finish the new tile, but never came back. They will not answer my MANY calls. I now cannot use my shower at all. I'm worse off than when I began. Very unprofessional, and I work with contractors everyday.

A leaky shower head turned into a mission that included building a tool to remove the leaky cartridge and then an intensive search to find the obscure and elusive replacement part. Billy and Ruben never gave up and were courteous, friendly and professional through out the process. I felt the price was fair, given the amount of time and effort they put into the job

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Although the people were polite and enthusiastic, they failed to unclog the drain. And although they reduced the emergency call fee from $375 to $275, it's still way too much for a service call, especially when I still had a clogged drain.

There was a little miix up with the time, but overall was really impress with this contractor. Smitty took the time to explain while the stems in the bathtub was replace the seats wasn't and that was why the washer around the stem broke. He also informed me that if the water is too hot it will cause a problem with the washer. The plumber also left the area very clean. I would recommend this company to a friend. If you do use this company ask for Smitty!

Very professional manner. They repaired my dripping shower which also had one faucet knob hanging off. They also repaired the dripping bathroom sink. I would recommend them for plumbing repairs.
