Ron, the service provider came out the same day I called. The new unit was installed the very next day. The service and quality of the product is excellent. Ron remained professional and pleasant despite having to wait 45 minutes for my home warranty company to review my claim and give approval. I would definately use this company again!

I had a call back almost immediately after putting in my request. The serviceman (Ron) came out, gave us an estimate and the next day returned and fixed the problem with our central vac. The project turned out to be more difficult than he originally thought, but he did not ask to charge us more. He worked for several hours and did a superb job. This is probably the most outstanding service I have seen from any company for a long, long time. I give them 10 stars. Dave, who I think is the owner also went out of his way to provide us with excellent service.
