Work committed to at time of estimate was not done. Reasons given were not brought up at time of estimate. Sloppy work. Paint on carpet, trim paint over spray and oversrpay on furniture and other items. No pride in work completed.

Anthony and his crew were very professional and understanding when the cabinet guys were delayed with their part of the project. They were flexible enough and rearranged their schedule to accommodate this delay and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Certapro was professional and prompt, and the crew did outstanding work. They finished on time, although we added additonal areas, and came back to complete the minor punch list the very next day. Thanks Anthony and team. We'll be back for Phase 2 as soon as we can!

Overall they did a good job. I did not reate 5 stars on value or quality becaue they missed a couple of things I initially requested (they were small in comparison to the whole job though) and when they did the wall "repair" they just spread joint compound instead of cutting out the part that needed to be repaired and replacing it with new drywall. I thought that was shortcut they shouldn't have taken, especially with one of the cracks. These items were small and next time I use them I will just communicate the problems and I am sure they will exceed expectations.
