They had to come back multiple times to complete the job that still has not completed and its been over a month. CertaPro painters are more worried about having their completion paperwork signed then doing a quality job you contracted them for in addition to being VERY unprofessional in the way they communicated to my family members. Be sure to be VERY specific on what you want completed and be sure to supervise the job closely or they will cut every corner they can. However, the sales representative did his best to communicated to the painters and remedy the unsatisfactory work. I wish you the best if you attempt to use CertaPro

completely professional, fabulous paint job, clean and efficient. Moved some heavy furniture and completed the job exactly in the time period quoted.

I had a hard job...100 year old house with original trim, and cabinets that needed stripping first. The job was A bit expensive, but they did a great job... some details could have been paid attention to better, like drips and missed spots, or holes that should have been filled and weren't. They did come back and fixed what mistakes i found. They also completed the project quickly and delt with my schedules changes.

Meeting with Brian to discuss my project was a pleasure. Immediately felt comfort in considering Brian and his team for my project. Very professional and came prepared with referrals, company info, and photos of past projects. Once the project was underway, Sender and his team did a great job! I appreciate the time spent reviewing the project to make sure I was satisfied and that they did what I expected. I also appreciated the ideas and suggestions to ensure I was satisfied. CertaPro Greensboro was very pleasant to work with and flexible to meet scheduling needs. The work was completed quickly and they were willing to follow strict guidelines. I would have them do more work at my house.

The project manager arrived on time and gave us an estimate and explained what it covered and how the work would be performed. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. My daughter remarked that it looked like a new home. The finished project war great.
