Thery did and outstanding job and finished the job and cleaned up in one day. The only thing I would have like to see is a follow up in a few days to see how things went.

The owner was great and backed his contract. work crew did good work but did not follow the sepecification for application by the paint manufacture. they applied two coats but did not wait the required three to four hours between coats. If I had not been knowledgeable about paint application, I would only had one coat and paided for two. Secondly I paid to have all the joints caulked and the crew told me you do not need to have the corners caulked because of expansion. Caulking is an expandable sealant and is desined to keep out water. The owner had the crew come and redo the house per contract. Read the contract, know what you are getting.

Every item included in the initial bid was provided without reminder. The bid was competitive and did not change. The painting team was quiet, efficient and a pleasure to have in my home. The job was completed on time and with great care.

They were courteous, careful, and did a beautiful job. I do wish they'd recommended more things -- more options, suggested upgrades (it was an insurance claim) and given me prices for varying ways to do it, recommended other contractors (kitchen, flooring ,etc.).
