Arunas(sp?)was professional and when I gave him the ok to stain my deck, his staff came out almost immediately and power washed the deck. The following day 7/14, he returned to stain the deck. I was stunned at the wonderful job he did. I have always done the staining myself previously, but after seeing the fabulous job he did I will never have anyone else but them. Everything was perfect and cleaned up when I returned from work. I would have them return to perform other tasks in the future.

I wanted to give them a good review, but seeing that the job they did was terrible and they ignored my requests to fix the issues, I am warning all in the future. I currently have a complaint filed with the BBB that hopefully helps, but be warned, not a good company to go with.

This company did a really poor job restaining my deck. It dried very spotty. When I tried to reason with them, it was implied that I must have spilled something all over the entire deck! Very bad customer service. Now I have to pay another company to get the job done right.

Response by CertaPro Painters: This rating was submitted the winter after the job was done. When the deck was inspected after the initial concern, the spotty areas were minimal. No one ever said that the customer spilled something over the entire deck. It did appear that drinks were spilled in some areas at a party that was held on the deck a few days after it was stained. We have not been asked by the customer to inspect the deck after the winter season to judge its current condition.
