George K is a pro! He took time to explane and outline his recomendation for the job as I requested. Offered a quote on the spot and went over the quote with me so he could answer questions and we could discussed the subject mater.

Initial contact, etc. were great by the Franchise Owner, but no follow-up to check personally on the project and contactg only made at the end via email for payment.

Response by CertaPro Painters: Customer requested email response at the beginning for moving forward, I figured emailing the customer at end of job was the way he wanted it. My Job Site Supervisor communicated with me on a daily basis, 2 day project. My Supervisor had customer sign off on job and he was very happy. So asking for payment via email, I didn't feel that was inappropriate. I apologize for the lack of personal experience from me.

Very professional from start to finish our job to finish our entire house interior in a short amount of time. Estimate was very thorough and itemized room by room. They were very accommodating and worked with us when we discovered that the color we selected was not acceptable. When we requested something that they knew could be done in a better, alternative way, they would tell us our options without necessairly pushing our decision.
