Value for money might go up when we receive final bill. Ken was higher on bid but I felt we could work better with him. After seeing the work site first hand he felt his cost would be lower than bid. Will likely be doing project a second time. Previous owners left behind left-over paint -- gave that to Ken rather than matching color in other rooms -- must have been old left-over as color is not what we wanted -- my mistake.

painted kitchen cabinets, poor job, drips,paint on cabinet handles,damaged new microwave but did repair it. paint on walls.

Our experience with CertaPro was totally unsatisfactory. They failed to start on time and the planned three-day project stretched into a seventh day. They did not perform the job as contracted. Appliances and lighting were damaged. We regret that we have to award them even one star in order to complete this critique. We would not recommend this crew to anyone.

They're pros - friendly, courteous and efficient. The paint job is excellent. There is a perfect seam where the ceilings meet the walls. We are impressed by the quality of customer service including the help we received in thinking about paint colors. We appreciate the care the painters took moving furniture, covering furniture and floors, taping light fixtures, and thoroughly cleaning up afterwards.
