very professional. When disagreement arose concerning one side of house's siding integrety following a coat of paint, owner of company personally came out to inspect structure. Recommended extra "mad dog" primer and second top coat at no extra cost. very thorough job.

David Krueger came to the house and explained to us the work that was going to be done and helped us to select the colors and he spent quite a bit of time with us prior to signing the contract, he was pleasant professional very courteous and funny, Victor and his partner Adrian were very professional they were the painters on site Victor is like an artist he took his time and he was careful and we just had carpet installed and new vinyl and they did an excellent job protecting the vinyl and protecting the carpeting and the paint job is absolutely exquisite we are very appreciative thank you

appreciated their calling me back after painting had been done to let them know if I was satisfied with the work. When I mentioned a few things that needed to be touched up, they were happy to send someone to touch up these areas the following day.

The folks at certi pro were a joy to work with. It was no pressure sales, and Mr. Kreeger made great suggestions that help me stay within my budget. The office staff and the painters were easy to work with. They listened to my concerns and made sure that I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the job.

In my interactions with David Kreeger and his employees I found them to be professional and attentive to customer feedback. Any concerns I had were addressed in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. They helped me to choose the paint and matched my colors without a problem. The exterior of my house looks great thanks to their good work.

The paint crew were professional and very accommodating. They even returned when we were not happy with the color and applied a few coats to correct the red without charge. That is customer service!
