We had debated on whether to do a home inspection as we felt we already discovered most of the home's issues on our own. We did the inspection anyway and learned we missed quite a bit. Still purchased the property but had peace of mind. Rob the inspector was friendly, thorough and professional. Would definitely use him again! He is also certified for Energy Audits to qualify for Nevada's rebate program.

Rob got back to me in a timely manner and provided professional reports. He stayed after the inspection and discussed many different things and concerns. I believe that I paid a little bit less than another quote I had, and was allowed the flexability to pay for it the way I wanted to, and also said I would be more than welcome to call if I had questions in the future. Very professional and friendly.
