The Challenger management and staff were very professional and courteous. They started the project on time and were flexible to accommodate additional work at a reasonable price. The quality of the work was excellent. The only concern I had, which is very minor, was there was some miscommunication as to when the project would start. After a short conversation, we worked everything out to our satisfaction. I would recommend them very highly.

I had an emergency because of my deck collapse during hurricane sandy and this company was at my house to complete the job promptly the morning after I contacted them.They were able to support my deck to prevent it from collapsing any further while I'm waiting for insurance to inspect. I plan on using Challenger Products for my deck rebuild.

Top of the line all the way, the best deck in the neighborhood. Randy did an outstanding job working with us and getting us what we wanted for the best price. The lead deck builder, Eric, did an amazing job everyday and his craftsmanship and leadership of his workers was second to none. When we first started looking at contractors for this large project we initially were not going to go with Challenger Products as they had few ratings but in the end they came in with the best price and the deck is better than we could have ever expected. I highly recommend this company and will be hiring them again for other projects.

If I had to describe our experience working with Challenger Products in 4 words I would say, "Trustworthy, Friendly, Highest-Quality, and Affordable. Challenger Products installed new windows through out the entire house, french doors, and a deck. We LOVED working with Randy. Honestly I wish I could have hired this company to do everything on the inside of our house as well. Randy was extremely attentive to our needs and present during the work. This company sent someone out to meet me, give me an estimate, take a $100 deposit to "schedule the work", take my extra roof shingles, and then...nothing. My calls were not returned, and the one time I got through to a live person, they indicated that they probably were no longer interested in the job, but would get back to me. One month later..no call back, and no returned phone calls in response to my subsequent inquiries. They did not cash my check (but nor have they returned it), and they have not returned my shingles. I consider them stolen at this point.

Although the project started later than stated in the contract, and the project took longer than it was projected to, the job got done, was of high quality, and for a very reasonable price.
