Scott was very flexible as the dates kept changing for when we needed the drywall done. The work exceeded expectations. I liked the fact that he was doing the work and took a lot of pride in what he was doing. He was very helpful in recommending other professionals that we needed to complete our project. The work was done on time and done with excellence!

Scott was a great guy. Showed up on time eveyday and completed the project in the estimated time. HIs quality of work is about as good as it gets, a real pro. Also his bid came in right where i thought it should be, I had a couple bozo's come and gave me ridiculously expensive bids, I told them to leave my house. If your looking for a drywall contractor I highly recommend Chalmers Construction.

We were very pleased with the quality of work done by Chalmers Construction. Scott was quick to respond to our request and professional. He kept the project site organized and clean. He was able to fit our basement into his schedule and complete the work fast! We wouldn't hesitate referring him to friends and family.

Project: Apply or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture

nightmare from "mid" to end (ok at first...) contractor was belligerent whenever we pointed something out wrong, broke tiles in our kitchen floor (which are still broke, but we withheld some payment), and had to haggle to have him come back to repaint our ceiling (which should have been right in the first place). Overall - really wish we would have hired the other guy...
