Project: Install a Chain Link Fence

They misquoted to make themselves the lowest bidder for my job. They told me they would include a wrought iron fence across the front of my yard and instead the put a tall chain link fence in front! It was crooked and looked awful! I had to get another company to replace it and paid an extra 2000 dollars. I will never use them again. They also had to come back because on the fence was leaning on the bottom side.

Response by Champion Home Improvements, LLC: Thanks for your valuable feedback. This project was completed in 2010. We weren't aware of any issues with the completion of the work. I'm not sure if there was some misunderstanding with the salesman but we do not do Wrought Iron fencing.

I got blindsided with a roof leak and they had great effort and it was a painless repair where i was thinking it would be a hugh hassell. Champion was great and did a good job, fully satisfied

Customer service was great. When I had questions, I was handed over to the manager, and he answered my questions politely and fully. He was even able to get a crew out immediately, otherwise I was looking at a 5 day wait for another company to come out and troubleshoot the problem. The repair was possible to complete upon diagnosis and that was the best part! Looking forward now to see if the problem is truly resolved.
