Came on time, assessed quickly what to do and let us know the options. The new faucets are installed professionally and they cleaned up the room before leaving.

Plumber came unprepared for the job without the appropriate tools. He quoted me $300 then ended up charging $425. He was not at all careful about cutting out the wall to get at a pipe he needed to lower, and left a big mess to clean up when the job was complete. His wife was on the job site with him and he generally acted like it was a inconvenience for him to be here doing the work.
Response by Charles Conner Plumbing, Inc.: He said to lower a pipe it ended up we had to open The whole wall change the cast iron pipe to pvc and cut out multi 2x4s for this I charged 325. ,, a additional 125 for all the unseen work. I think I charged very reasonable for 3 hrs of work and materials included too
