They did a good job but paying $120 for "clean up" which consisted mostly of a guy with a blower strapped to his back was a bit high. I think their work is pretty good but a little overppriced. Next time I'll shop around more.

Response by Cherry Landscape, Inc.: Mr. Steve E. accepted the proposal that was estimated prior to scheduling work. The customer had not contacted us regarding any concerns when work was completed and declined to have our supervisor make a return visit to check the work. We were not aware of any concerns, until receiving the review from Home Advisor. I am truly sorry we were not allowed to follow up

I would like to be able to give a good recommendation because the owner of the business was professional and accessible, but my experience with the repairman will not allow me to do that.

Response by Cherry Landscape, Inc.: Customer had requested our irrigation technician when on site to reprogram her timer which was not originally requested on the submitted bid. The technician upon explaining this to the customer was understandingly annoyed. However, the irrigation technician did reprogram the clock; I attempted to explain he did not mean to be rude by his explanation. I also apologized, for any misunderstanding; the homeowner was satisfied with the work. The Technician was only following company policy, not to do any unapproved work.

We had a fine group of awesome hard workers removing our 2-level brick patio and making it into one level. We also had them do a river rock swirl and removed some railroad ties in a nearby area. They complete the job in two full days and did an excellent job of cleaning up. We would highly recommend Cherry Landscaping.

I had a problem with my sprinkler system and could not determine the cause. Cherry Landscape send Ed over and he identified the problem, instructed me on what he would like to do to remedy it and I set up an acceptible time for him to return and fix it. He did so efficiently and affordably. I was pleased with the promptness of their replies and timeliness of arriving when they said they would

THere was apparently an administrative snafu that caused a multi-day delay before the technician was assigned and showed up. Once on site, though, the technician was professional, quick but thorough, and I am very satisfied.
