He used a shop vac and left ashes on the floor of the fireplace, didn't clean the ash box. They pushed all the ashes to the back which created dust in our home.

Wias not familar w/ isotherm fireplace. A waste of the money for the inspection since I had to contact a cert. isotherm fireplace inspector for additional inspection.

The chimney man did a good job of cleaning and inspecting. However, he was supposed to send me an invoice and contact information via email, but I have not received it. I need to contact him to let him know the email did not go through but don't know how to contact him.
