I was pleasantly surprised by the great service and low cost of the repair of my refrigerator.. the technician was super nice making me aware of what he needed to do.. They gave me an estimate before doing the work and that is what i had to pay.. no big surprises ... they came when they said.. no waiting all day ... the charge was only a small amount more than the service call alone from another company and includeded trip charge labor and required parts... i will definitly use them again...

Received a call before I was even finished looking at their profile. I was given a reasonable quote over the phone and given an appt. the next day. They showed up on time and confirmed the same problem as quoted and confirmed the quoted price. The 2 guys were professional and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner. Overall, very satisfied.

The advertised call back time on this site did not impress me. BUT when i hit the enter key i had two call backs in less than five minutes. Christian Appliance was the first to call and had a very good rating. They said they could be there that afternoon. By two o'clock they knew the problem and ordered the special part. By two o'clock the next day we were up and running. Nice people and i have them bookmarked on my computer for the future.
