This was a tricky job. The job itself was simple, but the location made it more difficult. Tim estimated the job well so there was no last minute surprise. He arrived promptly and worked efficiently. He was careful with the large equipment to aviod even the slightest bump to the walls and woodwork. I will call him again for other jobs.

Submitted request to SM and Tim contacted us within 1 hr. We needed plaster work on our historic home and couldnt be happier with experience. The work was done to our satisfaction for a very competitive price. We felt comfortable with Tim in our house with a young family and actually didnt know he was here most of time. Job was completed in timeframe he stated and work place was clean after he was gone. We will contact again for future work. +++

Tim was not only on time but a few minutes early which was very impressive! He provided me right away with a copy of his insurance info as well as a copy of his license which was reassuring. Tim did an excellent job repairing my home and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
