We had a holdup from Home Depot where we bout most of the supplies. The corion tops for the vanities were broken on delivery to the store. They were re ordered and came last Fri. The Master Bath is 90% done and looks wonderful....white and sky blue. That bathroom will be done this week and the demo of the hall bath begins very shortly....the young men who worked at our home were very nice, accommodating and willing to do anything I asked of them. Saw the Construction Supervisor nearly every day, they kept me informed of any problems or when the next step was coming

Project: Remodel a Bathroom

Company required purchase of all materials (fixtures, tiles, etc.) prior to starting the job. The price then quoted was primarily labor. They underestimated the amount of tiles needed requiring a number of orders to get everything. This resulted in some delays in getting the job done.

Everyone that I worked with from the installers to the financial department and everyone one in between was professional and took care of any questions or requests that I had quickly and efficiently. best of all I did most everything over the phone as the project was on my house in San Diego and I am still living in Phoenix, Az. I didn't,t meet anyone face until the installation was in progress and final payments were not done until I was able to approve everything and it was a ALL PERFECT and just what I wanted! I am so pleased with everything and it was all done around my tight and crazy schedule. I will recommend them to everyone & have.

The work was done beautifully and professionally. My only complaint is with the communication between the project manager and me. The workers were late arriving every time we had an appointment, and I had to be the one to call to see where they were and when they would be getting here. Once they got here, however, they were polite and professional, and our new windows are fabulous.
