Absolutely terrrible! Collected our large startup fee but doesn't want to return when his efforts don't work. He doesn't answer the phone most of the time. He has missed 2 out of 4 appointments and doesn't call. His voicemail is currently full so you can't leave a message. We hired him for ants and they are stilll out of control after he has sprayed for three times. DON'T HIRE HIM. Go throw your money away and avoid the hassle

They called me almost immediately after I contacted you--then they E-mailed me to let me know they had called and left me a message. I E-mailed them back with the date and time I needed--and they set it up right then over the Internet. Made it very easy and convenient.

They were so quick to respond and made me feel like I was getting the best customer service. They were friendly and professional and booked my service right away. The Tech was on time and did a great job. I was so happy with the service, we set up a Qtrly recurring maintenance.

It took several visits for the service guy to get the job done. He stated he did not have the correct tools or was not sure how to fix the hole where the pests were getting in. He did a good job but ran late every visit. I would recommend them to a friend because they did a great job and were very friendly and they were able to finish the job without me being present.
