The plumber charged an outragous fee and the bathroom leak I asked him to fix is so tight you have to have superhuman strength to turn off or on. The shower head he replaced about 2 weeks ago is already falling apart. I asked him to come back and fix these and he just never showed up. He said it would take several days to get back to me as he was busy. That was almost two weeks ago. I should not have used this Co.

Response by Classic Plumbing: Im sorry you feel this way about our service we go above and beyond the call of duty to insure our clients are happy with our work and service. We made several attempts to call you and schedule another appointment you did not call us back. We did not replace your shower head, we replaced your shower arm, so if your shower head needs to be replaced now aswell as id did that day, we can do that aswell.
