The technician arrived on time, explained each service that was applicable for our home and we discussed different options. He was very helpful and polite. He began working as soon as we decided which method to use and completed the job in a timley manner. Afterwards he thanked me for using Clawson asked if I had any questions and left me with a spot cleaner in case some of the old spots would reappear. A few did, but these were old stains and they actually cleaned up much better than I thought possible! I would recommend Clawson Chem-Dry to family and friends!

I ran my own shampooer over the carpet the next day (with only hot water) and a lot of dirt came out. Thought this is what the professionals were suppose to get out.

My parents had sold their home and rented back from the new owner for one month. The night before their final day in the old house, they noticed some carpet staining from where the dog kennel had been. They did not think it would be possible to find someone to come out the same day so I told them to let me try. Luckily I found ServiceMagic and Clawson Chem-Dry. The technician was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about pet stains. Thank you Chris at C. Chem-Dry!

Chris was awesome. Very well spoken and knowledgable. Able to get my couch looking like new...no easy task, I assure you! Even removed the unknown gummy stain that was on the couch arm. Thank you Chris!
