Project: Clean Up Job-site after Construction
They were very willing to work with my schedule and this was a last minute call so I was happy that they could come. This was after a remodel so there was a lot of dust everywhere. They did not dust tops of pictures and cabinets and did not do the ceilings which I had requested. It was an adequate job but not outstanding.
Response by Clean It, Inc.: The cleaning job should have been a 2 day project. We worked after hours until almost 8:00 pm on a Friday night and did not charge her additional fee's for working beyond standard business hours. She did not reach out to the owner to complain and the complaint was just added to HomeAdvisor and her husband walked through and said it was fantastic.

What a great company!! The man they sent out was extremely professional and very people friendly. Knew his job, did it and did it well, in a short period of time and talked about setting up a schedule of cleaning windows that I had not given a thought to in the past. Will definitely use again.

Hired for housecleaning twice. the first time they were very thorough did a wonderful job the second time they barely cleaned and did not mop the kitchen floor or dust very well there were 3 of them and they were not here an hour. did not ask them back even though I had a coupon would have hated to pay full price for them. then I told them to cancel and they still showed up so poor communication
