The vendor provided a product tailored to the specific water problems I had based on the lab test of my water. I know that the water is now as safe and clean as it can be for use by our family. Their installation was about two hours and the people were very nice and informative. I would recommend this system to everyone. Great job all around.

y water system installation was a bit more complicated than normal due to layout and construction of my home. However, John understood my needs and was able to provide innovative solutions. Not only did he address every one of my concerns but I was impressed with his professionalism. He was easy to talk to and kept us aware of each phase of the installation. I always felt as though I was in good hands.

got an immediate callback, 1 minute. referred me to their vendor plumber because I already bought a softner. Todd Fields was nice, knew what he was doing, PROMPT, reasonable price,k worked neat, cleaned up. He is a person I would invite to my home for a meal and be a good friend. I am 68 yrs old, have worked in sales all my life and have been an avid do it yourselfer.

We already have equipment by another company, but it's not getting the job done. We haven't purchased the Hague equipment yet, but John was very helpful with suggestions for a solution to our water issues. He also tested our water in our home and had it tested at a lab. I don't think the "other" company has ever tested our water at a lab.

They were very professional and thorough! We know have a clear understanding of what was in our water and what was needed. I appreciated the promptness to getting out to our home and getting a system installed to purify our water.
