I would use Clexton again anytime. Nice guy. I would describe as an "old school" plumber. Honest and fair in pricing which was my #1 goal.

Absolutely terrible! Your online rating system does not allow me to rate him any lower. Started work replacing insulation and sheetrock in master closet ceiling (ruined by water leak). Sheetrock nailed up in pieces - big gaps and pieces missing. Did NOT completely install the insulation I bought - only installed one strip leaving 95% of the area uninsulated! Sheetrock not even - some corners "drooping". I'm hiring someone else to do it right.

Response by Clexton Williford Plumbing: We offer our apology to client. I bought drywall and mud for a project to replace drywall in a closet where plumbers had torn out to fix leaks in ceiling. I spent 6 hours of labor and purchased drywall and mud to start the job. The next day I returned to complete the project. The client changed their mind midstream and said they did not like the beggining of the work. We had not come near to finish and therefore could not complete the project. The client owes us $200 for our time and products. We feel that it is important to satisfy all our clients and will not pursue collection of funds.
