I received a call from Mr. Clouse within 10 minutes of submitting my service request on a SUNDAY NIGHT. We scheduled the appointment for 9 am Monday morning and he was exactly on time. He said on of his guys would be back to perform the work within the hour and he did exactly that. See the trend? Everything happened exactly as he said it would. He also gave us an appraisal of the condition of our roof and some other things that could be done affordably to fix gutters etc.

Very prompt and courteous. Came and repaired my roof and some siding. Told me roof just needed repaired, appreciated honesty because other quotes claimed I needed all new shingles.
