Coastal Exteriors has provided excellant service. Phone calls and emails were quickly responded to. Since I was not at the location of the work I was kept informed with online photos and emails. I have nothing but good to say for this company and would hire them for further work. .

We went for the lower price and got some really professional work as well as professional attitudes, great windows and some good advice. This has been a breath of fresh air after many years of difficulty finding good people to work on the house.

The workers were professional and courteous. The owner and management stood behind their word from the start. When he made a mistake on the estimate, he stood behind it even though it would cost him over $800. The thing that sold me on this company was Roy's commitment. He sincerely believed in the products (great windows) and his procedures/processes were outstanding. The windows they installed have already saved me money on my heating bill. We've recently had nights with temperatures in the 20's. Normally my heater would run full blast, non-stop until it warms up. Now, with the new windows, the heater stops running for a while.

Very professional with a detail for high quality work. I was so happy with their work that I actually did a jig (dance) outside in the yard! I will recommend this company to anyone that wants a remodel/new construction project. I look forward to using this company in the future.

These folks do excellent work in a timely, professional manner. The work site was kept neat and orderly and clean upon completion of the job. There was no hidden charges or applification of difficulty with the site. I would recommend Coastal Exteriors to folks that want quality work for a good price.

Work was done over two week period in November. Had several rainy days and Thanksgiving holiday but finished in 7 work days. Did quality work and were very responsive to special requests. Would recommend them to anyone.
