Mark called me promptly, listened to and understood the problem, didn't try to upsell to any recurring service and performed the service the following day while I was out of town. He called me upon arrival at my house and had me talk him throught the issues again to make sure he had it right. By the time I was back in town the job was done and the bee problem seems to have been resolved. Mark said he would come back for no extra charge if the bees come back. Mark left the invoice in the mailbox and a promotional mug. We hope not to have to call for pest control again, but if we do we'll call Mark at Conquest.

The person who was on the phone when we ordered the service was very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman who came to our house seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely nice. We just have to wait and see what will happen with all the bugs that used to crawl around prior to his visit.

I guess I should have looked more carefully at what ABC pest control would claim to do. Don't expect your rodent problem to be solved, what they do is offer suggestions and advice (in general terms) as far as what to do. To their credit, we haven't seen any mice since performing the steps they told us to take.
