David with Colony Homes kept in good communication with me through the entire project. Once we found the correct brick to match my existing home, the next day the brick were deliveried and the footing was dug and poured. the next day the brick layer, brick the entire foundation. With in a week my garage was framed and shingled. the following week my garage and back porch was completed and final inspection was done. I had a great experience with David and all his workers were professional. I will call him back for future jobs.

The project was started and completed in a timely manner. All phases were well planned out. I would highly recommend Colony Homes of Rocky Mount.
