We hired Comfort Cooling Systems to install a new hot water heater and boiler, since ours was damaged due to Hurricane Sandy. Within an hour of first contacting them, they were at our house to give an estimate. Project was done in a timely manner, and we were very lucky to get the new heating system at all, due to the overwhelming shortage of supplies after the storm.

The owner Barry immediately called me minutes after my inquiry to service magic. He came by the same day for an inspection. My boiler was destroyed because of Super Storm Sandy. The power surges and eventual power loss for 10 plus days rendered the boiler unrepairable. Because of the insurance company was involved, Barry, in my darkened freezing basement, Barry attempted to explain the situation to State Farm Insurance for nearly two hours speaking with four different employees of the insurance. Went over and above for me, although the boiler's cost was on the higher end of the spectrum.

I had a major water leak from the attic into my master bedroom from the central air unit. The repairman was dismissive did nothing, but leave me with a worse situation. First stop attic. He informed me that I should hire a handyman to fix it & the water would "hopefully evaporate". He walked around the house, kicked a drainpipe in front of me. After he left, the AC that was working, but leaking water was no longer working. I had to manually remove the water myself. I also had to call a different contractor to repair my central AC. Hired a new repairman who fixed everything in 1 day.
