Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Art, Josh, Ricky and Renee (at the office) were VERY Professional and caring people to work with! Art came out after 6pm for me due to my hours, sat with us, did measurements, etc. He gave us several options without out "power selling" their products. We arranged for a Saturday set up, Josh and Ricky set everything up, put sealant around all our ducts, inside and out and kept everything clean and hauled our old unit (split one at that) away. I would HIGHLY Recommend them to Everyone (Already gave them a co-worker's name and father-in-law's info as they need new units). GREAT JOB Comfort First!

Not the best price quote but I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. Crew did shoddy work. I dont think they expected me to be under the house inspecting their work but I did. They had to do a lot of the work over to meet my satisfaction. Zone unit installed and did not work properly for over 18 months. Several service calls only put a bandaid on the issue. Finally they sent a different guy to my house who was relentless in finding the problem. He called a network of friends in the industry and fixed a simple problem with the settings. Now that the system works properly, I will find a new company to do the maintenance.

We are thoroughly happy with the service provided on the installation of our new gas pack. Josh and Ricky were very professional and friendly. They took the time to go over all the details of their work and to explain the operation of the system. They thoroughly cleaned up the job site and took pains to keep the inside of our house clean. We would highly recommend Comfort First to anyone looking for an HVAC provider.
