Comfortmax responded promptly to my request to have our furnace checked and cleaned in preparation for the winter months. A thorough check was done and a recommended repair done right then and there. It was so nice to deal with someone (Tom) so pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional especially since we are new to the area. We hired Comfortmax for our regular maintenance and look forward to their assistance with our air conditioner in the spring. Thank you Tom!

Comfortmax Heating & Air contractors were great! They were professionals all the way. They were courteous, neat and they were very patient in explaining what they were doing. I never felt like they were trying to sell me more equipment than I needed. I am very happy with their work, their product and customer service. I will be more than happy to refer them to family and friends.

I was very disappointed with the service I received on this particular day. I called for service because my ac was not working due to a tripped circuit breaker. This was a new system and I had not been informed that when their is inclement weather this sometimes occurs. I paid the technician $75.00 to click a switch that I could have been instructed to me over the phone. Due to the current economic situation every dime I spend is detrimental to me and my two children. I felt robbed because this was an expense above the monthly fee that I pay for the warranty fee each month.
