very nice customer service, very nice and clean when doing the job, and wonderful results. kept checking on me during the duration fo the project. Really the best service I have ever had. Strongly recommend them. They care about your floors!!!!!!!!!!and they enjoy doing what they do!

Our floors look great, however, our hot water tank has not worked since they were done, because its sensor shows that there are "combustible vapors" in the area. Since it is sooooo cold right now, we can't adequately open the house up to get rid of the vapors ;-( I know the product used is supposed to be "green" but the fumes still make me dizzy after 30 min. in the house.

Sam and Co did a great job. Was very knowledgeable and helpful during the estimate in answering all questions and giving suggestions and was very accommodating to my crazy schedule. Work was completed in timely manner and house was cleaned up very well after, can't get away from some dust. A few minor scuffs to walls, but nothing that wasn't anticipated and a little paint didn't fix. Floors look amazing after refinishing, much better than I anticipated, and new risers/fixed boards can't even tell there was anything ever wrong. Will absolutely recommend Sam and Complete Floors to anyone that wants great looking floors.

Sam was very professional. He answered all my questions throughout the process. He was also very flexible with my timeline. My floors turned out great and everything was cleaned up after the work. I would recommend Complete Floors LLC to anyone looking for hardwood installation or refinishing.
