Back in May 2012, Joe came out with his team & replaced a bathroom exhaust fan & fixed several outlets. They did an amazing job & I was very happy. I'm currently (August 2012) having my bathroom remodeled & contractor wants to charge me extra for running a dedicated line from the panel to master bathroom. The extra charge was going to be ridiculous. Luckily I remembered to call up Joe & request a quote & he came to the rescue and did the job the next day at a very reasonable price! Joe & his team are wonderful, they clean-up after themselves & they make sure they do the project right. I appreciate their quality of work. Thank you very much!

I would strongly recommend Joe Mendez (owner of Conan General Construction). He is very professional, was on time, clean, and his price was very reasonable. I had some drywall replaced, gate repaired, shades installed and our front door varnished. Plus, he is a very nice man.
