They were on time, completed the work in the time discussed and cleaned up after. The communication before, during and after the job was very good. I would recommend them for sure.

They installed the spray foam insulating they said they were going to do and the cost was considerably less than others. They showed up on time and ready to work. They only got 4 stars because they could have done a better clean up job vacuuming up debris instead of sweeping and a better job protecting some walls with plastic. I went through and spent about an hour cleaning up debris and overspray of insulation. A piece of their equipment had a slight leak that left about five small oily spots that I had to clean up. Fortunately, the oily spots were on concrete and not on final finishes.

Work was satisfactory, they were prompt. Neat. A return visit was necessary for a few cold spots that were missed and they fixed that problem promptly.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work Contract Applicators did for us. We found them to be very helpful and professional. We had asked them to spray insulation to the underside of a new addition to our home as well as do some locations inside our home (which had me worried as this seems like a fairly messy operation). But they took extra care to insure that everything was covered and protected and all the areas they worked in were as clean when they left as they were when they had arrived. They also stuck to their original bid even though the work they did turned out to be more complcated then first expected. Job well done!
