They came the next day to give us a free estimate, then returned to replace our A/C motor, but they found they could repair it instead of replace it, which was great to hear.

I needed a recharge on a split unit which lost coolant. Talking to them to arrange the service call was a good experience. They came quickly, and the service tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. He made sure the temperature drop of the cool air over room temperature was acceptable.

The company responded immediately to our call and fixed the problem with 24 hours... I used a prior company who ordering a replacement part for 2 months.... Hence the reason we went with Cool Works

I was very happy with Cool Works. They succeeded at completing a challenging job, and they were on time and polite. Seemed to work very hard, no nonsense. And I love that the owner kept me posted via telephone on what was happening with the job as it proceeded. Well done!

Really was not fully satisfied with this company. They damaged the air conditioning unit casing. I ended up getting a partially refund. They did not repair the leak adequately.
Response by Cool Works Company, Inc.: Not truthful at all. Customer is just mad because he hasn't had his units serviced in so long that it would take some time to service them. Very angry person uses vulgar language to the technicians. We hope he can find a company to make him happy!
