Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets

This was a bad experience. Cabinets were painted with stain and were ruined. This company stalled over three months and even when given an oportunity to correct the damage failed to fix the problem. Had to have the cabinets refaced at great expense.. When I asked for a refund I was given a check for the full amount paid with insufficent funds in the account. Poor company who will write a rebuttle that they were not given a chance. Not true. Legal action is being pursured.

Response by Coordinated Concepts, LLC: This issue has been resolved and put to rest. We had a bad reaction to the original coating and were very willing to correct the problem and make it right. We were not given the chance and refunded the project plus some. Legal action has been dropped and James has signed off in agreement of this.

we were contacted by Pat and set an appointment to get an estimate. Pat arrived on time for the appointment, evaluated the job and gave me an estimated. We considered the estimate along with other alternatives. We finally decided to have Pat to the job. Cody contacted us to schedule the job to be done. Brent and Mike came to paint our ceilings. They would have finished the job in one day but we have a dinner appointment and had to leave before they finished. They were very considerate and came back the next day to finish the job. Brent and Mike were very friendly and catered to all of our need. All in all a pleasant experience.

Pat and his competitor provided me a best guess estimate over the phone, and when he came to the house for the real estimate, it was very close to the phone estimate...the competitor's estimate was over $1,000 more. Pat's crew was very friendly and very thorough. I highly recommend them.

Project: Refinish Already Installed Cabinets

This contractor underestimated the time needed for this project and overestimated his ability to do quality work. My cabinet doors were stripped, not finished properly and poorly reinstalled. I would not recommend Coordinated Concepts.

Response by Coordinated Concepts, LLC: This is the same issue as we have seen in the past. We were never informed of the issue and when we were informed from the homeowner that they were not satisfied, we were never given the opportunity to address the problem and fix any concerns they had. We were paid in full and if we ever have issues after that we pride ourselves in taking care of our customers at all cost. As it is stated in our contract, balance is due upon completion and satisfaction. To this day we will still take care of this situation if ever given the opportunity.

We are extremely happy with Coordinated Concepts. The job was very well done at an affordable price. Customer service was amazing and personable. We will definitely be hiring them for all future painting projects.
