Bill and Chris were timely and thorough. They helped me save money by completing the job at a much less price than some of the other companies that I received quotes from. Bill and Chris were able to come out the next day to fix the drain that needed to be repaired so I could use the water in my house.

Bill arrived on time, went straight to work. Thawed the ground and even took the time to get the mud out of the pipe to the turn off key. The meter was actually inside my house so he took precautions not to make a mess and cleaned up after. He was willing to talk me through the process and even stayed to clean out all my sink aerators that got clogged with the sediment. I was back in water with no problems by the time he left and it only took a couple hours from the time he started outside. WOW! Thanks!

Mr. Coppin exceeded my expectations! Rooter Town & Ben Franklin quoted 8K+ for partial repair, sleeving, and other trenchless modalities. Mr. Coppin replaced my entire line (70ft) in half a day, exactly as he quoted and did it for less than half the price as the "big guys." I am so relieved I went with him!

Coppin Sewer did a great job on my main sewer line. They showed up on time, worked hard until they got the job done. They did minimal damage to my lawn, and did a great job cleaning up. Not to mention, my plumbing is great now.
