I chose Courtet Restorators because John (owner) talked a good talk. We had a big discussion every time we didn't like something during the painting of the outside of our home. He has very nice guys working for him who knew what they were doing but it was a struggle. When they power washed the house for pre-painting there were paint chips ALL OVER including the roof and there were several areas that we wanted another coat of paint put on because the under coat showed through. I called John three times and NEVER got a call back. He requested his final payment while my husband was away & I gave it. My mistake!!

Responed quickly when asked for an estimate, full explanation of what would be done. They were very accommadating and worked around my schedule. I had wallpaper removed in the kitchen and then painted. Cabinets and lights all covered - have still not found one speck of paint anywhere but where it belonged. When they left at end of day, everything was neatly put away and I could still cook and function well in the kitchen. Also did tiling in a leaky shower stall - again job well done, no more leaking - they removed tiles carefully and the tiles were able to be reused, you'd never know work was done. Two men on the job very hard workers.

Comminication is not good. Painters did a good job but was a bit messy.Left paint on windows and floors

Doesn't communicate but at end job was done well. Could have had extras if he stayed in touch. Pricing was main deciding factor in using them

I am very pleased with the cabinet painting and removal of tiles above and beneath the cabinets. The job was small but tedious and they did a clean, fast and professional job. Would use them again.

We hired this company to stain the outside of our home. The stain came out beautiful and they also did an excellent job of protecting our windows and the stone work on and around the house. No drips anywhere and they cleaned up when they were done. They were also very nice people to deal with.
