Project: Repair Drywall
Jon was hired just to put up some drywall, but ended up doing much more, i.e., some electrical work, patching, cauliking, installing fans, and more. He provided suggestions without pushing them and showed me areas that would need attention in the future. I would--and will--ask Jon to do more work for me in the future and would definitely recommend him to others. The quality of his work is excellent.

Plumbing not up to code. Tiles installled crooked and not flush, Sluppy work and work place. Grout not filed in completely. had to redo plumbing.

Mr. Pliskin, of Creative Home Solutions, is a patient, versatile, knowledgeable, methodical professional who is a pleasure to do business with! His rates are reasonable. His work, no matter the job is done to code..no short cutsand that's because he takes obvious but humble pride in his work! Added bonus, you negotiate w/him & he does all the work, I asked him about a crew for a bathrm vanity upgrade & he said, "...your lookin at him, I'm it!"...less room for miscommunication! I like that!
