We take pride in are work by not leaving a mess in your home, removing all trash and sweep up all work area's as well as wearing carpet protectors and/or use drop cloths on all carpet area's we have to cross to get the job done we try to ease the discomfort of having strangers in your home working on one of your biggest investment. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and upfront on pricing which just also happens to be the lowest we found. We have used this company twice and both times the work was performed very quickly and we have had no problems!!

I received a call from Cross within 5 minutes of submitting my request - at 12:30am! I knew we'd be okay for the night, so we made an appointment for 9:00 the next morning. The tech, Dennis, rang our doorbell at 9:00 on the dot, quickly assessed the problem and determined that a faulty fuse was to blame for our furnace not working. Dennis drove to Home Depot, bought the appropriate fuse, replaced it, and even took the time to show me how to replace fuses if I should ever need to. And best of all, he was on his way to his next appointment by 9:45. I taped his business card to my furnace - there is no other number I ever need to know!

Mr. Cross was professional and efficient. He got the job done in just one hour, and his rates were extremely reasonable. I opted for the Spring and Fall maintenance plan, which cost very little more than a regular service call, and that made this one of the most painless and pleasant repair projects I've ever had to deal with. I would highly recommend Cross Heating and Cooling to anyone who needs work done fast and done right the first time. A++++ for this company.
