Project: Build an Addition
Best experience I have ever had with a contractor. Would gladly hire them again. Workers and estimator were reliable, professional, competent and helpful. Management checked with us regularly to make sure things were going well. Our project involved a new 600 sf addition, rework an existing bathroom, new composite deck, lay some floors. The time estimate was pretty close to actual- the delays were on our end, not Crown Colony.

I enjoyed working with Crown Colony. They did a beautiful job on our bathroom remodel, and I would highly recommend them to anyone doing a remdelilng project.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
We appreciated the detailed contract explaining what was included and cost. Crown Colony has great business partners and we found what we needed vis-a-vis tile, plumbing fixtures and cabinetry. The finish work (paint, mirror hanging) was not quite up to the high standard of the rest of the job, but Gerry had that part redone and we were very satisfied. Great follow through on his part.

Project: Build an Addition
The customer servce was very good. The roof construction and railings were done very well. The stone work was not the best. The job took much longer than expected.

Crown Colony Construction was wonderful to work with. Their level of expertise and workmanship was fantastic. We were extremely impressed with everybody involved with Crown Colony Construction. We would highly recommend them and we would definitely use them again.
